Pyro-Controle's Expertise: ATEX, PED and EMC directives
The regulatory requirements for your installations may concern temperature measurement.
The PED 97/23/CE Directive applies to pressurized equipment and thus to temperature sensor protectors, such as bored wells which are a part of the enclosure. However, these sensors do not require PED marking. Our NT96-02 document describes the application of this directive using our instruments.

The EMC Directive applies to electrical or electronic equipment capable of emitting or subject to disturbance by electromagnetic waves. Our "in-head or DIN rail transmitters" comply with the EMC 89/336 directive: - regarding Emission in line with the EN50 081-1 standard - regarding Immunity in line with EN50 082-2.
Specially developed for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Designed specifically for each process: sensors with or without thimbles, with flange, screw-on, leakproofing from IP54 to IP67, simple protection or with EEx "i", "e" or "d" safety.
Various types of connector heads: DAN, DAN V, PSX V, etc.
Pyrometer assemblies for accurate measurement of combustion gas temperatures
These assemblies have been designed to avoid interference and give the exact temperature of a gaseous mixture. They are intended in particular for incineration plants to guarantee a precise temperature for the pyrolysis of certain types of toxic waste.
